So delighted to come upon this fragment--I'm a huge fan of "Some Kind of Magic" and had been hoping that you'd revisit Cal and Ray and their world. Cal is such a brave depiction--the idea of a literal fairy (half-fairy, anyway) so wonderfully realized. A friend from the Backlot Gay Book Forum steered me to this, and I'm so very glad. So glad that, whatever you've been through, you're writing again and we can look forward to something within the next few months.
