Ah... I tried to use ARE once and I remember being irritated because it required yet another format, and after formatting once for Smashwords and then again a different way for Amazon, I was in no mood. So I never went back.
Anyway, uh... I kind of enrolled this story in Amazon's KDP thing, so people can lend it to each other in their lending library thing. That means it's exclusive to Amazon though, at least for 90 days.
But I've downloaded stuff from Amazon in epub and html formats, which don't have to go on a Kindle. Maybe that was a while ago? Do they not let people do that anymore?
