Born Yesterday (the original) is genius. That scene alone is as close to perfect as you can get. Makes me want to scream every time some olden time male comedian claims that women aren't funny.

I wish they'd put all movies older than 50 years on some virtual archive where you could watch them for free. They can't be making much money out of those now and people really should see them.
