Realization as to why I hate editing so much: (Aside from the obvious reason that you're making yourself seek out your mistakes and failures).

There are really only...four or five chapters in Ideas of Sin that I really like, maybe even love, and the rest were written just to get to those. It's like I can see my own impatience and annoyance and it makes me impatient and annoyed. And I wrote the damn thing. I can only imagine pissed off readers, sitting there like anime fans, waiting for me to finally get to it.

You can guess the chapters though, it should be pretty easy. :)

You know, IoS never felt like that to me. On the contrary, it felt... drawn out (in the good way), like you had taken your time.

That said, might I offer some concrit? The latest chapters felt a bit weird to me. They were sort of stream-of-consciousness, which I will admit I love most of the time, but at times I felt like you were focusing too much on the tree and losing the forest. Like, you focused on the moment you were describing, that the plot was a bit left out. (Perhaps that's a result of what you described above?)

Despite this, some of my absolutely favorite chapters are included in the ones I am referring to.

PS: Every time I go back and read stuff I've written, I hate everything. So. Much. Hate.
