thatrcooperRealization as to why I hate editing so much: (Aside from the obvious reason that you're making yourself seek out your mistakes and failures).
There are really only...four or five chapters in Ideas of Sin that I really like, maybe even love, and the rest were written just to get to those. It's like I can see my own impatience and annoyance and it makes me impatient and annoyed. And I wrote the damn thing. I can only imagine pissed off readers, sitting there like anime fans, waiting for me to finally get to it.
You can guess the chapters though, it should be pretty easy. :)

Date: 2009-07-18 06:27 pm (UTC)The last chapters are completely a problem. They need to be all crazy, at least for Rene, but then I made them that way for James too, and he didn't need it. And I sort of shoved a lot of stuff in there. (I wonder if by then I couldn't remember what I had or hadn't included, because yeah, I hate rereading my old stuff too.)
